The Data You Need, The Way You Need It…

Gaining access to information when you need it, in the way that you need it (format / media) is important if content is to be classified as valuable.

Too often, when the time comes, seekers of information regarding International Sales Resources struggle to access the data they need.  Logging onto a website when you are not near a computer, having to interpret or enter data when you are driving your car or even carrying a directory around for information can prove to be somewhat frustrating.

SSB realizes this and is concentrating on developing multiple platforms for the delivery of its data.  Much in the same way software companies work to simplify and create a favorable user experience, SSB is investing in User Interface technology that will cross all platforms and fully integrate the usefulness of its data.  Additionally, this UI will also provide the necessary “ease-of-use” functionality that usually delivers faster multi-cultural adoption and usage.
