Purpose: TransitList is a chronicle of the massive changes currently under way. All forms of transportation are experiencing a “transition”… from the old to the new (and improved). This website organizes the dreams, creations, breakthroughs, emerging trends, science and stages of adoption as technology moves us toward a better tomorrow. Our goal is to deliver valuable information, on the topics you are most interested in, from all segments of the alt-portation (alternative energy transportation) reality.
Audience: This “transition” is being fueled by innovators, early adopters, referrers and future users of the technologies recorded on TransitList. It’s audience is tech-savvy, fashionable, insightful and committed to the best solutions possible- for all of human kind. They recognize Quality and require it in all aspects of their lives.
Components: The TransitList Directory “lists” alternative energy products, services and resources for all modes of transportation. The TransitList Blog and Podcast dive deeper into the people, companies and technologies that are leading the way. From vehicles that transport or scale the Earthly plane to craft designed to deliver us the realities of space travel, we report the progress and where it’s all heading.
Our Team: This project was born out of meeting in Las Vegas, NV in late 2005. Since that time the idea has undergone a maturation and many aspects (and tools) for its successful deployment have synchronistically materialized. The time is now.
TransitList’s contributors leverage over 20 years experience in the hard-core racing, automotive aftermarket, youth car culture, event marketing, trade show, magazine and directory publishing industries. TL is excited, highly optimistic and ready to deliver the best resource possible.
